Can I trust your staff?
As a company we are concerned about the safety and security of our clients. Therefore we take great care in doing thorough background checks on all our employees as well as checking references before they commence work with us.
Do the maids have experience?
Most of our maids have been with Buff and Shine Domestic Cleaning Services for almost a year. The company provides basic solid training in all aspects of domestic work to all its employees, irrespective of whether the maids worked elsewhere before. This is to ensure that whoever we send to YOUR house, will do an excellent job. Training includes operation of the cleaning equipment as well as how to use cleaning chemicals.
Will I get the same maid every cleaning session?
Yes, where possible the same maid will be allocated to you as per your request.
The benefit of this is that the maid allocated to you gets to know what is expected from her.
What days do you work in my area?
We are available from Monday to Saturday whenever you need our service. No day is specified to a certain area.
I sometimes do my own housework, can I use your service occassionaly?
Yes, we cater for once-off’s, once a week, twice a week, monthly and fortnight cleaning sessions. In fact, any time you need our service, we will be happy to be at your service.
How much time is required for one to book a maid?
Ideally 48 hours prior to the cleaning session but we will also consider 24 hours booking.
Do I have to provide food for the maid?
There is no obligation to provide food as our maids are encouraged take their own lunch to site. However, you may do so if you wish.
How do I pay?
Payment can be done by Electronic transfer in the company bank account or Cash.
For first time clients, payment can be done before or on the day of the cleaning session. |
